Shipping + Returns
All items are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order, unless your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday or during a peak period. If placed during a sale, or peak periods such as Christmas and Back to School please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped (not including weekends). For international orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. International shipping charges will be applied to your order before it is processed.
Apple & Mint ships orders using Couriers Please - www.couriersplease.com.au. All parcels sent via Couriers Please will arrive to the supplied shipping address within 1-10 working days depending on your location. Apple and Mint does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages occurred in the process. The delivery times provided by Apple and Mint are estimates only and we will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Couriers Please does not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a postal address that is valid at time of checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation email from Apple & Mint to confirm that your order has been placed. Once your order is ready for collection by Couriers Please you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your email/junk folder to ensure you have received this information. If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your order number to check the status of your order.
In the event a parcel is re-sent back to us due incorrect address, non collection, or no contact from the customer after the card has been left by Couriers Please. A re-delivery fee of $12 will be charged to have this item sent back to you.
Pick-up within the Sutherland Shire is available at checkout. Collection details will be provided to you via email once your order is packaged and ready for collection. Pick up is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week.

RETURNS / STORE CREDIT
On receiving your Apple & Mint product, it should be free from any defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event you feel that you’ve received a damaged product, please contact our office within five days of receiving your goods so we can ascertain the damage. All defective items will be replaced at our discretion. For further information on our warranty please click here
Your satisfaction is our number one priority however, please choose carefully as Apple & Mint does not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.
However, if you wish to return products in their original packaging and in saleable condition we will provide you with a store credit for the purchase price less delivery fee within 14 days of when the order was placed
If your order has been paid via afterpay / zippay a restocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is lower) will apply.
Please contact us via email to authorise the Return; as no returns can be accepted without one. We will provide you with a store credit only when we receive the returned product/s. Return postage is at your expense.
Store credits must be used within 12 months of issue. Store credits may only be used to purchase from appleandmint.com and are not redeemable for cash.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Apple & Mint adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.
For any product return, please approach our sales/ customer service team by email at email@example.com. This includes products that carry a manufacturer's warranty. Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to will be borne by you.
All orders placed are considered final and may only be cancelled at Apple & Mint's discretion. Should a cancellation request be received after 3 hours of being placed, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee being automatically applied. If your order has been paid via afterpay / zippay a restocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is lower) will apply.
